How to install a bag filter?
1. The filter shell needs to be thoroughly cleaned;
2. Pay attention that the inlet and outlet of the filter shell must be connected with filtration system piping , check the direction of the connection to ensure that the out side of cartridge is for water inlet, inside is for water outlet, do not get confused;
3. Open the plastic bag of the open side of the cartridge while operation, check whether the O-ring is intact, is in the place
4. To use of suitable wetting agent on the O-ring and cartridge seat;
5. Hold the cartridge near the end of the O-ring with your hand, and vertically insert the cartridge socket completely into the cartridge holder socket;
6. All the cartridge inserted for the socket, moved the cartridge plastic bag, and then buckle on the plate to fixed, the upper head be installed;
7. Open the bleeder valve at the top of the shell;
8. Open the inlet valve, no need to open too large, feeding the liquid into the shell until full, when the liquid from the top of the shell bleeder valve overflow, at this time the bleeder valve closed;
9. To open the downstream outlet valve slowly, until the valve is completely open;
10. Slowly open the inlet valve until it is completely open, at this time the pressure drop between the filter upstream and downstream is 0.02Mpa (the pressure drop under the flow rate is be determine ).
