Warranty & Returns

Subject to applicable warranties, faulty goods may be returned free of charge, and will be replaced or repaired as appropriate. Goods damaged through negligence cannot be returned.

Goods returned unused in their original packaging are not subject to restocking fees. Goods returned unused but not in their original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Used goods cannot be returned.

Installation & Maintenance

Global Filter does not provide installation or maintenance services. Global Filter is a wholesaler that sells its goods to businesses that can provide these services. Let us know if you would like us to refer you to one of these businesses.
